Delete Your Kirava Account

How to request deletion

Users can request deletion of their Kirava account by contacting Kirava Support at:

support@kirava.app

Please include:

  • The email address associated with the account.
  • Whether you are a Customer or Provider.

What is deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, Kirava will permanently delete or de-identify personal information where reasonably possible, including:

  • Account profile
  • Contact information
  • Saved providers
  • Preferences
  • Uploaded portfolio media (where applicable)

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

  • Booking history
  • Public reviews that affect other users
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal or regulatory obligations

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary.
